Japanese Food Recipe:Seafood Fried Rice

Japanese Food Recipe

Ingredient:
250gm Rice(cooked)
4nos Prawns
80gm Salmon
100gm Scallops
50gm Squids
2nos Onion
1nos Carrot
1no Green Pepper
2nos Eggs

Preparation:

  • Add oil in a pan
  • Fry all the ingredients
  • Add in eggs
  • Add in cooked rice
  • Fry for 5 minutes
  • Add salt,pepper and soya sauce
  • serve

Tip:

Cooking Japanese Food Recipe requires very sharp knives.If you use a blunt knife,you are simply pressing onto the meat.A lot of people don't realise this little fact affects the taste of the meat.
