Ingredient:
250gm Rice(cooked)
4nos Prawns
80gm Salmon
100gm Scallops
50gm Squids
2nos Onion
1nos Carrot
1no Green Pepper
2nos Eggs
Preparation:
- Add oil in a pan
- Fry all the ingredients
- Add in eggs
- Add in cooked rice
- Fry for 5 minutes
- Add salt,pepper and soya sauce
- serve
Tip:
Cooking Japanese Food Recipe requires very sharp knives.If you use a blunt knife,you are simply pressing onto the meat.A lot of people don't realise this little fact affects the taste of the meat.
